Vorpal 3D is a gallery of 3D models and a free desktop tool, the Workshop, for making them. This page says what we keep, why, and what we do not do.

Browsing

You can browse models, packages and creators and download the Workshop without an account.

If you make an account

We store your username, email address and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account's name and email address; we do not get your Google password. You can also create an API key for the Workshop and AI tools; we store it so we can recognise it when you use it.

Models, descriptions, tags, improvement suggestions and package requests you submit are stored and are public on your creator profile, except models an admin has hidden. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. A small browser-storage setting remembers light or dark mode. Models run in a locked-down frame with no network access and cannot read your cookies or this site's data.

Analytics and logs

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used; it sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and page views. You can block it with a tracking blocker. Our server also keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, time, address requested) for security and troubleshooting.

The Workshop

The Workshop runs on your own computer. Your prompts and builds stay on your machine unless you press Publish or turn on automatic sync. It sends the AI requests you set up to the AI service you chose, under that service's terms. If you publish, it can also send totals of what the build cost (money, tokens, time, which AI models). That is on by default and you can switch it off in Settings.

Who we share with

We do not sell your data. Service providers that handle it for us: our hosting provider, Google (analytics, and sign-in if you use it). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can delete your own models from the site. To have your account and its data deleted, or a copy of what we hold about you, ask through the studio linked below.

Children

Vorpal 3D is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Contact and changes

Vorpal 3D is made by Vorpal Bunny Studio; contact us through that site. If this page changes materially we will update the date above.
